SHOPPING WITH US
The design and the stones on display photos are what you will receive after purchase with the only exceptions being your metal choice if different to what is in the picture. Also, the item will be polished, the stones will be set, and the length of the claws will be adjusted. Expect the finished items to look better than on the photos.
the choices needed after selecting the item you want are the precious metal you want it made from and the ring size (if applicable). Then, after putting it in the shopping basket, you will be able to checkout as a guest or create an account with us.
If you register an account with us your details will be saved on our website and your next purchase will be simple and easy without entering any addition information.
Once you go to checkout you will need to choose the payment method to place your order.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept debit / credit cards payments, PayPal payments or bank transfers.
On checkout you will be offered to choose your payment method.
Bank transfer payment should be arranged with us before you will complete the transaction.

ORDER PROCESSING
Items in silver are available for shipment next day. For items in Gold, Platinum, Palladium please allow unto 7 working days to make the item from the day of order and payment.
Many pictures on EVGAD website are taken with the main stone unset. This results in the prongs /claws being in an incomplete state (not conforming to the stone, or being longer than they need to be and not having trimmed ends)
The reason the items are listed in this manner is to give increased flexibility for customisation thus giving extra choice to the customer, for example:
– Allowing different main and side stones to be used if requested
– Helping to deliver customised ring sizes
– Giving the option of bespoke texturing, engraving, oxidization or gold plating if requested
When an item is ordered the stones are set securely by closing the prongs tightly. The ends of the prongs are trimmed and the entire setting is polished to a glossy finish. Because of this the received item will look better than in the listed item photos.

All EVGAD jewellery designs are available in different colour and carat precious metals. All items are hallmarked as per UK Assay office standards.

EVGAD rings are available in all ring sizes (unless specified). Each ring listing has RING SIZE GUIDE. Once you have chosen the ring, metal and ring size for purchase you will be prompted automatically to submit required ring size before you will add it to a shopping cart

We are happy to help if you wish to return, adjust or exchange an item.
100% refund for returned items is guaranteed if the item return/ exchange is arranged within 7 days after customer receives the item.

EVGAD JEWELLERY CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
EVGAD Jewellery CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY is provided with purchased items.
In this we provide a guarantee of the authenticity of your jewellery purchase and include important information on the gemstones and precious metals. (Precious gemstone are gifts of nature and no two pieces are exactly the same, therefore the minimum total carat weight is stated).
We work with industry-leading casting companies and precious metals producers, Our jewellery meets UK Assay office standards and all our items are hallmarked.
We work with our long-term trusted gemstone suppliers. Each stone is individually chosen for our items and designs. We have our own well equipped gemological laboratory to test our stock of natural gemstones.
We can also provide addition gemstones certification from leading gemological laboratories or UK Assay office at an additional charge. Typically this process takes an additional 2-4 weeks.
CUSTOMISED OR BESPOKE JEWELLERY SERVICE
If you are after a bespoke jewellery item we are happy to work with you to clarify the design features. This often involves sketching out options to help the down-select process. Selection of the exact gemstones required is also needed upfront and if a particular stone is requested that isn’t in stock at EVGAD we can work with our suppliers to source it. We can also work with gemstones provided by our customers.
In some cases our customers know exactly what they want and contact us with their requests to replace the stones from the item design they like for the stones of their choice. We are always happy to help with items customisation.
