SHOPPING WITH US
The design and the stones on display photos are what you will received after purchase. The metal selection is a customer decision. The item will be polished, the stones will be set, and the length of the claws will be adjusted. Expect the finished items to look better than on the photos.
PRECIOUS METALS
EVGAD jewellery designs are available in different colour and carat precious metals. All items are hallmarked as per UK Assay office standards.
GEMSTONES
Our principal focus is rare natural gemstones. We offer over a hundred different types of gemstones, with a dozen different cuts and a variety of sizes. Being natural each stone is completely unique.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION
EVGAD covers all steps of jewellery making. All our items are designed, made, set with gemstones and polishing in our workshop. We utilise a number of methods to make our jewellery. Our large range of jewellery were originally handmade, carved from wax or CAD modelled and then a master pattern taken for casting in any precious metal required. Apart from stone cutting, precious metal casting and assay office hallmarking EVGAD deals with all creative steps. This gives us an advantage in being able to design superior jewellery with a rapid order turnaround and giving better value for money.
CUSTOMISED & BESPOKE JEWELLERY MAKING SERVICE
In some cases our customers know exactly what they want and contact us with their requests to replace the stones from the item design they like for the stones of their choice. We are always happy to help with items customisation.
We also offer a bespoke jewellery making service for those who would like to have a truly unique item for a special occasion or a special person.

On customer request we can supply top quality natural gemstones of your choice that can be used in customised or bespoke jewellery. With an extensive supplier network we can get rare natural gemstones of all carats, cuts and clarity whilst avoiding the large markups typically seen.

We have an in-house gemmological testing facility and provide certificates of authenticity with our items. We also work with the Gemmological laboratories for those wanting additional certificates. All precious metal is sourced from long established stones suppliers. EVGAD is registered with the British Assay office and all our items are hallmarked. Positive feedback from our customers over many years in addition gives future customers peace of mind.
SELLING PLATFORMS WE USE
EVGAD sells its jewellery collections on a number of platforms such as Etsy and eBay. Items sold from our website are cheapest due to avoiding additional fees.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free postage on all our items. We aim to get your order with you as rapidly and securely as possible. We typically use signed for first class Royal Mail. For high value & urgent items we use DHL.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that the item isn’t what you are after we can give you a full refund or exchange the item for another one.

We accept debit / credit card payments, PayPal payments, bank transfers and also crypto.
